Cubecolour Reading Progress

The Cubecolour Reading Progress plugin adds a bar to the top or bottom of the page to indicate how far the page has scrolled in relation to the main content.

The plugin is active on this site where the bar can be seen at the top of the page.

The bar appears on all pages of the site (where the element to be measured exists on the page).

The cost of this add-on including updates and support for one year on a single site is £30. The developer option costs £100 and includes updates and support for one year for all of the sites you own or build.

To change the behaviour and appearance of the reading progress bar, in WordPress admin go to:
Appearance -> customize -> Reading Progress

here you can set:

  • The element for the position to be measured: the default is the body element and the bar will appear on all pages which have this element.
  • Bar colour
  • Bar opacity
  • Bar height
  • Bar offset: the distance in pixels from the top or bottom of the page.
  • Vertical alignment: whether the bar is located at the top or bottom of the page.
